A customer brought in a 208 chassis with a malfunctioning top. The top is stuck in a middle position and won't operate properly. The video shows how to access the trunk using a manual blade key and then how to reset the top using a special tool provided by Mercedes. The video also shows how to ensure the windows are learned correctly.
