Hero Moto Corp, a major Indian motorcycle manufacturer, has unveiled a modular electric vehicle concept called the Surge S32. This innovative vehicle can be used as both a personal electric scooter and a three-wheeled rickshaw for transporting cargo or passengers. The S32 is still in the concept stage, but Hero has already created a new vehicle registration category for it, indicating serious plans to bring this unique design to market.
