This video shows the process of milling a Glock slide to accommodate a red dot optic. The creator uses a rotary table to cut a radius in the front of the slide, ensuring a precise fit for the optic. They then drill and tap holes for the optic screws, and create alignment dowel pins to prevent the optic from shifting.
