Celestron introduces a new suite of dew prevention products designed to keep Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes free from dew. The products include a dew shield, a dew heater ring, and a smart dew heater controller. The dew heater ring directly heats the corrector lens, making it more efficient than traditional dew heating strips. The smart dew heater controller uses temperature and humidity sensors to calculate the dew point and only heats the lens when necessary, saving battery life.
