A cabin with a tragic history is up for sale. A previous owner died from carbon monoxide poisoning, and after a witch's offer was rejected, a curse seems to have fallen upon the property. Potential buyers have suffered medical emergencies, and strange occurrences like phantom footsteps and disembodied voices have been reported. A spiritualist is called in to try and break the curse.
