A DJ from Key West, Florida, travels to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to learn about a local initiative promoting whole milk. The DJ meets with the farmer who started the project, Nelson Troutman, and learns about the challenges facing dairy farmers and the importance of whole milk. The DJ also meets with other individuals who have been instrumental in spreading the word about the project.
