Rick Hedrick from PlaneWave Instruments introduces their products at the 2009 Patch Show. They highlight the Cdk telescope, a unique design with a large flat field and a spherical secondary mirror, making it easier to collimate and less expensive than competing telescopes. They also showcase the Ascension 200 Mount, a German equatorial mount with a high payload capacity and high-resolution encoders for long exposure unguided photography.
