Vertical Aerospace has unveiled their new fixed-wing eVTOL aircraft, the VA-1X, which is expected to begin commercial flights as early as 2024. The VA-1X is designed to be a high-performing aircraft capable of connecting entire regions and carrying up to five people, including a pilot. The aircraft features eight rotor sets and is expected to be significantly quieter than a conventional helicopter.
