However, Cleopatra is not available everywhere so replace it with 70% Elmers Glueall + 30% water * BLOOMS - Base paint White & Black - 1 part Titanium White to 1.3 - 2 parts glue medium depending on the paint and technique CELL ACTIVATOR recipes - These all use Amsterdam Opaque paints (Titanium White, Oxide Black etc) A 1 part paint + 1 part PVA Glue - 1 part water. B 1 tablespoon paint + 1 tablespoon water + 2 Squirts Liquitex Ink in the relevant colour C 1 part paint + 3 parts Australian Floetrol COLOURS - Glue medium added to correct consistency depending on type of paint. Mostly 1 part paint to 1.5 parts glue medium for most techniques except Dutch Pours which are 1 part paint to 2 parts medium FLIP CUPS All Colours - Glue medium added to correct consistency depending on type of paint.
