Come tour a habitat restoration site that I helped with! Years ago, while working at the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy, I managed a grant to restore a stretch of urban creek in the city of Brentwood, CA. The project was called the "Three Creeks Parkway Restoration Project" and the implementer of the project was an organization named American Rivers. This project aimed at transforming a degraded reach of three creeks where they flow together in this urban area. I recently went back to the three creeks parkway to see how the habitat has grown, and it looks amazing! Come and explore this restored with with me!
