The property extends to approximately 164 hectares and is positioned along a dramatic cliff-edge setting overlooking the Ngwangwane River, which flows through the property below. The property was historically operated as a hospitality and event venue, capable of hosting functions and events for 150+ people, including weddings, retreats and group bookings. Lodge, accommodation and venue improvements are positioned along the cliffs, taking advantage of elevated views across the river corridor and surrounding Berg landscape. The improvements include extensive hospitality and venue infrastructure, together with a spa facility, outdoor entertainment areas and an infinity swimming pool. The property also includes a ±500 m² double-storey accommodation block, historically configured as seven en-suite executive bedrooms, a dining room and a second bar area, which has been affected by fire damage. All improvements are offered for sale as is (voetstoots). The sale includes a range of movable assets associated with the historical hospitality and venue operation, including items such as a fully equipped catering kitchen, furnished lounge areas, bar fittings, cellar infrastructure and spa-related equipment.
