In this video I will be showing you how to change the fork oil in a 2007 Yamaha FZ6. This job involves removing the front wheel, brakes and wheel cover so that the forks can be removed from the triple clamps. Yamaha recommends their 01 oil which is close to a 5 weight oil. You will need 1L to complete the job.
