Here is my 1991 416-8 wheelhorse. this is a quick video on how to figure out what you got going on with a starting issue. Now there can be a whole lot of factors. But we figured out on this one the key switch was fine all of the safety switches were working like they were supposed to but the starter relay had a problem you could hear it click but it would not engage the starter I took the starter apart thinking it had an issue but there is nothing wrong with the starter. the culprit was the plug in for the starter relay the hot wire(red) was not transferring juice from the wire to the relay the plug got hot at 1 point in its life. You can buy the relay and plug together on that jungle aka Amazon. it's 10 bucks. The factory relay number is 109583. An old friend and school mate brought me over a Ford relay part number FOAB-14B192-AA. Long story short she starts with the key. Hope this helps.
