HIKING Take a walk through the Peneda-Gerês National Park to the sound of inspiring music. There are 40 minutes of 4K landscapes full of pure beauty. Get inspired for your day to day. Trail starting at the old Casa de Leonte. The route started, at about 1.5 km, always rising with stunning landscapes, here is the arrival at Prado do Vidoal at an altitude of 1106 m. After a short stop, head towards Chã da Freza. The path is guided by small mariolas that serve as a guide for those who pass by. Arriving at Chã da Freza, about 1200 m above sea level, Vale Teixeira is visible, along with Prado da Teixeira farther and Curral do Camalhão closer. Continuing uphill, we continue to Alto do Borrageiro, located at 1430 m altitude with a 360º view of the cut the breath. There is a geodesic landmark, partially destroyed and a communications antenna. Once the highest point of this route is reached, it is time to start descending towards Rocalva, passing the side of Roca Negra and with frontal views over the Meda de Rocalva until reaching the Prado da Rocalva at 1228 m altitude. Be dazzled by the landscape around you! After recovering some energy, the direction to take is Prado do Conho, about 1.8 km away. With about 8 km covered in total, in the distance the Conho meadow is visible between the mountains at a distance of about 800 m. Arriving at the Prado, it is time to return to the starting point of the route, with just over 5 km ahead of you and going through Chã da Freza and Prado do Vidoal again. São 40 minutos de paisagens em 4K repletas de beleza em estado puro. Inspire-se para o seu dia a dia. Trilho com inicio na antiga Casa de Leonte. Iniciado o percurso, a cerca de 1,5 km sempre a subir com paisagens deslumbrantes, eis a chegada ao Prado do Vidoal a uma altitude de 1106 m. Após uma pequena paragem, segue-se em direcção a Chã da Freza. O caminho é guiado por pequenas mariolas que servem de orientação por quem ali passa. Chegados à Chã da Freza, a cerca de 1200 m de altitude, é visível o Vale Teixeira, juntamente com o Prado da Teixeira mais longe e o Curral do Camalhão mais perto. Continuando a subir, segue-se até ao Alto do Borrageiro, situado a 1430 m altitude tendo uma vista de 360º de cortar a respiração. Ali encontra-se um marco geodésico, parcialmente destruído e uma antena de comunicações. Atingido o ponto mais alto deste percurso, chega a altura de começar a descer em direcção a Rocalva com passagem o lado da Roca Negra e com vistas frontais sobre a Meda de Rocalva até chegar ao Prado da Rocalva a 1228 m altitude. Deslumbre-se com a paisagem ao seu redor! Após recuperar algumas energias, a direcção a tomar é a do Prado do Conho a cerca de 1,8 km dali. Já com cerca de 8 km percorridos na totalidade, ao longe já é visível o prado do Conho entre as montanhas a uma distancia de mais ou menos 800 m. Chegados ao Prado, é hora de regressar ao ponto de inicio do percurso, tendo pela frente pouco mais de 5 km para percorrer e com novamente passagem pela Chã da Freza e o Prado do Vidoal.
