In today's video Rohan and Prithvi brings you a divine food experience from the iconic Brijwasi Rasagulle Wale in Delhi's Kamala Nagar neighbourhood. Established in the year 1957, this place is renowned for its pure cow milk based sweets. They also serve a delightful range of parathas and sabzis all of which are made in pure desi ghee. The food served here is influenced by the dishes offered to Lord Krishna in Vrindavan. Rajeev ji, one of the owners of the place first recommended them the Brijwasi thali. It was an a delectable assortment of traditional breads like lachha paratha, missi roti, naan and curries like aloo gobhi, khoya paneer, brindawani kadhi, besan katli, dal makhni etc. Every dish was tried divine because of the use of pure milk products and the incredible skill of the cooks. After polishing off the thali Rajesh ji served them some of their popular sweets. This included gulab jamun, rasmalai, rajbhog, chandrakala etc. All of them were hallmarks of purity and outstanding taste. They were so good that Rohan and Prithvi were lost in their tastes. Each one of them was top notch as they had the perfect texture and taste.
