Stick to your guns The audio for this video was a special remixed version of the song done shortly after the album (Voice of America) came out in June of 1990. We had intended it to be made into a video... obviously that never happened :-). This mix is a little different than the album version and it was never released.(remixed by The Quakes and Robbie Takac from The Goo Goo Dolls who also engineered Voice of America) A lot of the footage you see here was actually done as a video for the song "chick hunt" It was a demo version of the song and a collage student made the video as a project. The original demo of the song was so bad, I decided to use the video from it to make this video.The video has been transferred from old VHS tapes so its a little grainy.The graphics you see on the video were all from the original Chick hunt video including one of our old logos. The live footage was taken at the Continental in Buffalo,New York from early 1990 and also at The Icon in July of 1991. Some of the pictures are from the local press at the time. Some things to watch for that need an explanation; The motorcycle in the video was just parked on the street. I got on it and the reason you see us looking around is because we were worried that the owner would see us- I don't even know what kind it was but nothing special I think. The pool scene :-) If you watch close, you will see me call the shot I intend to make only to totally miss everything... The restaurant in the video was the original Panos on Elmwood ave in Buffalo, N.Y. All of the external shots were filmed on Elmwood ave.
