It's been a hot minute since I last reviewed a Train Simulator add-on from Victory Works, so I thought I'd remedy that situation with a look at the '15xx' class 0-6-0 Pannier Tank of 1949. These were unique-looking engines built just after nationalization, and they primarily worked on station pilot duties in and out of London Paddington. In the end, they were all withdrawn by 1963, with three going to industrial service (and one of those three - No. 1501 - has since been preserved at the Severn Valley Railway).
