Ultimaker 2 - Removing the Nozzle

This video shows how to remove the nozzle on the Ultimaker 2. NOTE: Since this design was a bit inconvenient I invented the "Olsson block" which is mounted from factory at all Ultimaker 2+ machines. You are unlikely to have to remove the Olsson block since you can now change the nozzle separately but if you for some reason want to remove the block the procedure is basically the same as in this video. The Olsson block also features an improved fixing screw for the heater/sensor and slotted holes to make it easier to remove heater/sensor. As I commented in the video, you normally don't have to remove the nozzle to unclog it. Removing the nozzle stresses the heater and the temperature sensor, which are a bit fragile, and there is always a risk that you ruin them doing this. EDIT: You actually don't have to remove the small fan as I did in the video.
