Zion National Park induces sheer amazement and draws large crowds of eager explorers reveling in the incredible towering sandstone cliffs. Some indulge by trudging through the Virgin River for miles in the famous Zion Narrows or hold on for dear life teetering high above the canyon on Angels Landing. Extreme adventures are waiting for many, but not for the faint of heart and requires a special zeal and dedication to serious and sometimes deadly scenic canyon hikes. In this video we show that you don’t have to be an extreme adventurer to steep yourself in a mighty 5 star experience at Zion National Park. All along Zion park blvd is built up with hotels, eateries and rentals just a few miles outside the park with the free Springdale Line shuttle service to get you around. Rentals for hiking and biking and specific gear for exploring the Narrows Zion Outfitter https://maps.app.goo.gl/JEd87muc3ybTf... 🏕️ Watchman campground is right next to the Visitor Center and Zion Canyon shuttle needed to get to each location within the canyon inside the park. It’s also right at the town entrance to rent equipment, and catch the free Springdale bus line to shop, eat out and stroll around the town. We booked overnight accommodations for three nights along the riverside at Watchman Campground at the base of these gorgeous sandstone cliffs and wildlife sightings. https://www.nps.gov/zion/planyourvisi... 🏜️The Narrows. Next time we will rent waterproof waders, boots, socks and hiking stick for a full-day experience. 💚 Kayenta Trail was a gorgeous trail to get to the Emerald Pools. ⚠️ Note: this trail has more serious injuries from falling than any in the park (even over Angels Landing) due to the steep cliffs the trail ledge follows along. But, in my warry opinion, if you’re not goofing off, it should be a problem at all. ⛰️Court of the Patriarchs has a very short steeply paved trail to the viewpoint and definitely worth the quick shuttle stop! 🤩 Zion Mount Carmel Highway is a stunning drive gaining more elevation through a couple of tunnels giving quick glimpses through the mountain before arriving at yet another unearthly array of red mountain landscapes. ‼️Read the new restrictions for 2026 in the link above. 🌊Fall and Spring are the best times to visit for comfortable temperatures and less crowds.
