The Ferrari 296 Speciale (and its convertible sibling, the 296 Speciale A) is the high-performance, track-focused evolution of the 296 GTB. Officially unveiled in April 2025 and arriving in the U.S. in early 2026, it continues Ferrari's tradition of "Versione Speciale" models like the 458 Speciale and 488 Pista. Performance & Engineering The Speciale takes the "Piccolo F12" concept to its extreme, leveraging technology from the 296 Challenge race car and the F80 hypercar. Powertrain: The 3.0L twin-turbo V6 hybrid system has been tuned to deliver a combined 880 cv (868 hp). Weight Reduction: Ferrari shaved roughly 60 kg (132 lbs) off the standard car, bringing the dry weight down to 1,410 kg.
