Crispy Fry Fish in restaurant style. Full Recipe: INGREDIENTS: Sheri fish 1 kg Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste Red chili pwd 1/2 tbsp Turmeric pwd 1 tsp Chili flakes 1/2 tbsp Roasted crushed cumin 1 tbsp Roasted crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp Black pepper pwd 1 tsp Garam masala pwd 1/2 tsp Fresh crushed garlic 1 tbsp full METHOD: -First wash with water then apply some vinegar & salt and marinate for 15 to 20 mints then wash with water. FOR MARINATION: -Take a bowl add lemon juice ,salt,red chili pwd, turmeric pwd, chili flakes,black pepper pwd,crushed cumin pwd, crushed coriander seeds, freshly crushed garlic and garam masala pwd. -Mix well to all ingredients and apply it on fish, rub all over the fish, fill in between the cuts .marinate at least 4 to 5 hours. In the end sprinkle some ajwain. FOR COATING -In a bowl add gram flour, corn flour, salt, chat masala, chili flakes, black pepper pwd, crushed cumin, crushed coriander seeds and mix well. -In a pan heat the oil then take a fish and coat in dry mixture and then fry it on medium flame. -Don't use spoon until one side is ready .Then turn and cook another side.fry well with both sides. -Fry fish is ready .Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice and enjoy.
