In this video, you’ll learn: How to make pasta dough by hand Laminating with fresh herbs Making a thick, flavorful tomato sauce Tips for resting, rolling, and cutting pasta RECIPES 1. Pasta dough •All purpose flour - 200g *(if you want to add semolina flour replace 50g of all purpose flour with 50g of semolina flour) •Whole eggs - 2no. •Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp *( Can be replaced with saffron or other natural food colour) •Salt - 1tsp •Water - Splash of water ( just to make it moist if it's too dry). •Basil leaves - 5 to 6 leaves 2.
