Brendan Maier (formerly of Chout) & Seattle’s Jar of Flies, including Jake Carden (Ten Miles Wide) perform “Them Bones” at the annual Layne Staley Tribute. The main concert was held on 8/20/22 at the Crocodile🐊. It’s been 20 years since we all lost Layne. Since his passing in 2002, Nancy, Layne’s mom has been a part of the tribute. For the past 10 years, JT Phillips has organized them. Nehi Stripes Seattle has been covering them since 2015. Layne’s legacy is important to all of us. It’s why we attend each year and do what ever we can to help spread the word to people for them to come; because once you go, you’ll most certainly come back.
