What’s up everyone, Erik here and welcome to Hardware For Gamers. This is part 2 in the series of building my first ever custom water cooling loop. Now In this video I will be showing you how I cleaned and preparing all the parts as well as how I tested the fittings. Now I have already posted Part 1 • Custom Water cooling Loop PT1 - The Parts and that’s where I went over all the parts I picked. Part 3 will be the final part and that will be the review, with the temperature and noise testing, along with all the other cooler review stuff I typically do. Now as always If you have any questions just leave a comment, I do try and answer all questions. Back in part 1 I said that I tried to keep costs down as much as possible without going dirt cheap and so far I’ve spent around $275CAN or $220USD but I still need to add fans And coolant to that. However to properly clean the components there are a few more things we will need. Distilled water Vinegar (cleaning or distilled) A clean Glass measuring cup A Microwave A clean bucket A Towel or some rags A Clean set of Funnels At least 2 G1/4 stop plugs Some Spare soft tubing plus suitable fittings for the tubing Access to a power supply And a way to jump that power supply And of course you’ll need your water cooling components How To Flush Water Cooling Loop Timestamps: 0:00 Intro 0:56 What you'll need 2:03 The Mixture 3:17 Cleaning the Radiator 5:42 Rinse the Radiator 7:58 Rinse Block and pump 11:29 Testing Loop 12:16 Outro Amazon Associates Links: Amazon.co.uk - https://amzn.to/3ju4Ea7 Amazon.ca - https://amzn.to/3gVEz1G Amazon.com - https://amzn.to/3yvDinw About HardwareForGamers: This channel is about gaming, computer hardware, and computer accessories.
