Dream SMP - THEME [CINEMATIC] (original)

The theme of themes. This is by far my favourite theme (based on silver lining although adapted) and I think it's just so fitting to be the main theme for the SMP. I have been working on this for months now and to finally see it in full is so fulfilling. I think the cinematic also encapsulates the entirety of the main storyline, up to Wilbur's revival. I think that was probably best to end on as there hasn't been much significant lore (other than Las Nevadas and Techno's imprisonment). I didn't include the egg as I couldn't find a place to add it and they also dropped that arc :(. Of course it has to have both major L'manberg wars and all the important characters. I have definitely missed some major plot points but these were some of my favourite of all time. A bit about the production: As you may notice, this theme is heavily inspired by one of my previous themes', Silver lining. In fact it is pretty much the exact same except it has more sections and instruments and just better overall. I think what Silver lining was lacking is shown here and so I am able to call it the true theme of the SMP. I had to use over 40 instruments in this piece each with its own part so as you can imagine, this took ages. On top of that, the filming itself took over 10 hours- I have to film each induvidual character by themselves, hence why you never see more than one character in each scene. This takes a looot of time (I have to close the game and change skin and then also render each clip) but it was definitely a fun experience and I will be attempting such a challenge in the future. I can't promise the same quality, but I will try to improve with each video released and if there's no video for a bit of time you know why lol. Also, I'm actually using this piece for GCSE so that's pretty cool. Finally, I wanted to say thank you to everyone that supports these videos.
