This is a pure DPS check that requires you to bring one bow character (or a character that can hit Aeonblight in the air, such as Lan-Yan or Xingqiu's rain swords). Iansan is used here to drive Ororon, since the Traveler's services were needed elsewhere (against the Crab). If you lack Electro options, Ga-ming/Rosaria/Diona/Flex is another strong option against this boss, assuming he is C6. Iansan and Ororon are both on Cinder City here for 2 reasons: Energy, and the fact I don't have a Songs set for Chevy if one of them will use Noblesse instead oops~
