PlayStation Probed by JFTC as CMA Dismisses Their Worries

As the Activision Blizzard deal has continued, PlayStation has been lobbying in Washington to block the deal. It would now seem that this has put a bit of a spotlight on them as a Senator in Washington has asked the Japan Fair Trade Commission to take a closer look at their business dealings. The CMA recently dismissed their console concerns in the Microsoft Activision deal and that was huge Xbox news today for the case. The concerns about a Call of Duty exclusive to Xbox future have been dismissed several times and Xbox is left with needing to figure out the Cloud gaming concerns which they've already begun working on. PlayStation gamers will still have access to Call of Duty, but Sony and Jim Ryan have yet to sign any contract from Microsoft.
