I thought my employer would tell ONE STORY AND STICK TO IT. But no. They actually changed stories many times, throughout my process. At my hearing alone, they changes their story three times! And would you believe that EEOC never called them out on it? Until my AJ's final decision. He held them accountable. Finally. As frustrating as it is when they keep making up stories that aren't true, it often bites them in the end, as this video shows with not just my case, but some others that were decided in federal court.
