We got lucky and found the Anvil really early, a legendary item that gives weapon upgrades 1 bonus stat - and the best part? The Sniper Rifle only has 3 stats, meaning we always get all of them each upgrade. So all that's left to do is wait for legendary upgrades and we get an absurd Sniper Rifle run.
