The drilling, scribing, sawing, and shot blasting work centers in conjunction with “Intelligent Steel Fabrication” at the Zenith Steel Fabricators Ltd facility located in Isinya, Kenya, generates hands off fabrication with industry leading automation. To start the actual fabrication processes the material handler enters the bar code from the cut list and the comprehensive software takes over and directs all subsequent material handling task. The sections are automatically directed to the required work centers. As they enter each fabrication center the material length is checked and the required CNC program is automatically entered to start each specific fabrication process. At any time during the process the production status and the physically location of each section can be viewed on a graphic of the system layout even on your smart phone.
