Chop spinach. Heat some mustard oil and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, chopped ginger and green chili. Now add the chopped radish mix well. Add 1 tbsp of maize flour. To it add the chopped radish and spinach leaves. Add salt to taste and let it cook. Top it with some white butter. Makki Ki Stuffed Roti INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup Maize Flour Red chili powder Cumin Seeds Asafoetida Salt Carom seeds Green chili Coriander Water Sugar Carrot Radish White Butter METHOD Take maize flour and add red chili powder to it, add cumin seeds, add some asafoetida, salt to taste and carom seeds. Chop some green chili and fresh coriander and add it in the flour. Add sugar to it. Grate some carrot and Radish add some salt to it and leave it aside. Now mix the carrot and radish in the flour and knead the dough. Roll the dough in a flat round bread and roast it on the stove. Apply white butter.
