I want to thank all those who viewed and commented on the initial release on October 1st of my Music Video/ Short Film - SILHOUETTE. I recently discovered the audio file was corrupted. Please take another listen with this repost. Well, the time has come to share my special Music Video Sima and I had produced. In 2019 Silhouette was written during a serious health challenge Sima was faced with, and together, we had to face many unknowns going forward. Sima loved this piece of music and had taken it upon herself to write a short film/script for it, to see if I would be interested in doing my first Short Film/Music Video. I embraced this opportunity to put it all in motion as I entered the creative film world which is tied to much more than just music. As a professional pianist my entire life this happens to be one of the most exciting projects I have ever put forth. It also happened to be the most difficult to deliver as there was so much emotion attached to all that went on while shooting as I found myself reflecting into that very unsettled time not knowing how this all would turn out. What was to follow was a long stretch of exposure at a variety of Film Festivals in US and abroad providing a vehicle for us to share our story. Most recently we were honored to receive an award at the Prescott Film Festival in Arizona for "Telling a Story With Music". A SPECIAL THANK YOU to The Scottsdale Center For The Performing Arts for their support and believing in this project for donating this magnificent 850 seat Concert Hall to set the stage for the film. I am forever grateful.
