How to Read an Abdominal X-Ray

In this talk, we aim to enhance our confidence when interpreting x-rays of the abdomen, a region which can be fundamentally divided into two compartments: the peritoneal cavity and the retroperitoneum, each containing different structures. We cover the interpretation of intra-abdominal gas patterns and important abnormal calcifications to recognize in the setting of acute abdominal pain.
