Grill for 30 minutes while applying soy sauce. Serve when ready. 🐖 STEWED PIG TROTTER: Caramelize sugar and add trotter, star anise, garlic salt and minced ginger into the pot. Stir-fry for 3 mins. Add water and stew for 1 hour, then add mustard leaves. Serve when ready. 🇲🇲 INTESTINES COOKED IN BAMBOO: Wash and clean the intestines. Boil and chop them up. Put everything in bamboo and marinate with minced garlic, MSG, chilli, mashed tomatoes and coriander. Mix it up and cook on fire. Add pork juice and leave it on fire for 30 more minutes. Serve. 🐖 PIG HEAD SALAD: Clean the pig head and boil for 2 hours. Slice it up and place in a bowl. Add the sauce (made from tamarind sauce, garlic, ginger, green chilli and salt) and coriander and mix everything together. 🇲🇲 STIR-FRIED BLOOD CAKE: Slice up the blood cake. Prepare a hot pan with cooking oil, minced ginger and garlic.
