They exaggerate, catastrophize, and spin every situation into chaos. And if you respond with more emotion? You just feed the fire. The fix? Flip the script. Stay factual. When a dramatic person bursts in, saying: "It was horrible! A flood of water! The whole building should be condemned!" Don’t get pulled in.
