I was wondering if I using a high static pressure (Noctua NF-F12) was the right choice given my circumstances. As you can see, the R7 case has one front in take fan that is quite obstructed with grills and the RTX 3070 FE. I imagine there's a lot of impedance. By sucking cool air from the bottom, some of the air is sucked onto the RTX 3070 and some of that air is blowed through the GPU towards the top exhaust. I made a whole video about it here. I did notice a drop in GPU temps but it's so hard to know if this was optimal. Perhaps the more expensive "balanced" Noctua NF-A12x25 but I was aiming for the highest static pressure which is in the F12 rather than A12.
