In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to set a priority for chat flows in HubSpot. If you have created two chat flows targeting the same page URL, or a contact meets the criteria for the segmented lists used in the chat flows targeting rules, you can decide which chat flow should have the top priority and display instead of the other. In Today’s tutorial, we will show you how you can set chat flow priority. Steps to follow: Step 1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Conversations and click Chatflows. Step 2. You'll see each chat flows priority listed in the left column. To reorder the chat flows, click and drag a chat flow to another location in the list. Step 3. To move a chat flow to the top or bottom priority, hover over the chat flow and click the More dropdown menu, and select Move to top priority or Step 4. Move to bottom priority.
