Useful phrases when talking with your real estate agent/ landlord: I'm looking for a 0ne-two room with 5Mil deposit and around 500k monthly rent: 500에서 50에 원/투룸 찾고 있습이다! How much is the deposit? 보증금이 얼마예요? Can they lower the deposit? 보증금 좀 내려주시면 되나요? How much is the rent here? 여기 월세 얼마예요? What kind of options (appliances) are in the apartment? 옵션이 있나요? Is this a safe neighborhood? Are there street cameras? 여기 안전해요? CCTV있나요? Can you renovate the apartment before I move in?/ Can you change the wallpaper/ flooring before I move in? 도배 해주실거죠? 벽지/바닥 새롭게 해줄 수 있나요? I'd like to sign a 1 year contract! 1년 계약할게요! (If you KNOW you'll be renting for more, better sign a 2year contract so you get both years for the same lower price!
