According to the Simple Rule in Salary Calculation, we often assume an average of 30 days in a month and calculate employee salaries based on 26 working days. But our approach will be more realistic. We will calculate the actual total days and actual working days for every new month. While entering new business information starting from the startup date, we will need to determine four things: • Month start date • Month end date • Total number of days in the month • Number of working days These will be calculated based on the Number of Weekly Holidays and Days of Weekly Holidays set in the Business Settings form. In this way, we will be able to calculate employee salaries and wages using realistic figures.
