Batch export BEFORE & AFTER photos from Lightroom (even with cropped images)

So I've been running into a problem lately when trying to export before and after images from Lightroom in bulk/batch. Hitting the reset button is all well and good ...UNLESS you've cropped any images, because Lightroom will want to revert back to the original image size before anything was edited. - Something that's no good if you're looking to do any kind of 'before and after wipe' transitions in Premiere Pro or before and after wipes on your website, for selling your presets etc. Luckily, I've managed to find a workaround which seems to work well - and is quick too!
