Now different people use different veggies, different ingredients and different techniques, but I’m gonna show you my family recipe that was taught to me by my mom, which she learned from her mom too. Here is a pro-tip: we like to use LEG QUARTERS because they have a little more fat, a little more flavor and are more forgiving if you happen to overcook it.
