She uses @Country-Crock Drizzle & Sizzle Butter to cook jumbo shrimp seasoned with Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning, fresh lemon, and garlic. It’s great as an appetizer or served over rice. Ingredients 2 lb wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on 6 garlic cloves, grated or chopped Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle Butter Handful of Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped Juice of one lemon Avocado oil Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning Directions 1. Marinate the shrimp in a thin layer of avocado oil and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add Drizzle & Sizzle Butter to the griddle, then add the shrimp. Toss to coat the shrimp and spread them out to sear on one side for 2 minutes (for large shrimp). Flip and sear for 1 minute. 3. Add more Drizzle & Sizzle Butter if needed, then add the garlic, some of the parsley, and the lemon juice. Toss and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 4. Plate and serve!
