Hindu women in Pakistan celebrated Maha Shivratri in advance | SSD Varsi Ustav Palki Sahib 🇵🇰 Description: Maha Shivratri Celebration in Pakistan 2026 & Sain Satram Dass 116 Varsi Ustav Palki Sahib Celebrating Daharki is a city in the Sindh province of Pakistan with a total population of approximately 95,000. Around 25,000 residents belong to the Hindu community, out of which nearly 15,000 are Sindhi Hindus. One of the main Sindhi Hindu localities in Daharki is Satram Puri Colony, which is home to the historic Sachu Satram Dham Temple. Today, a grand Hindu religious festival is being celebrated at this temple to mark the 116th Varsi Ustav (anniversary) of Sai Sachu Satram Dass Sahib. This sacred festival is observed across Sindh, Pakistan, every year from January 1 to January 25, and today, January 24, it is being celebrated with great devotion in Daharki. Thousands of Hindus, including children, women, and elderly devotees, have gathered to participate. Hindu boys and girls are actively taking part in religious and cultural programs during the celebrations. In today’s video, you will see a magnificent Palki Sahib procession starting from the Sacho Satram Dham Temple in Satram Puri Colony. The Palki Sahib carries the sacred idols of Sai Sacho Satram Dass Sahib, Shiv Shankar Bhagwan, and Dhuni Sahib, beautifully decorated and placed on a vehicle. The procession moves through the colony toward the main Sacho Satram Temple, accompanied by Shadaloon, devotional singing, and joyful dancing by women and children. As Maha Shivratri is approaching on February 15, Sindhi Hindus in Pakistan are also celebrating it in advance as part of this festival, honoring Lord Shiva with great enthusiasm and devotion.
