Andretti Racing - Saturn (1996)

Not a fan. Now, I can't say that the stock car isn't good because I didn't play it. From the F1 side of things, this ain't it. F1 games back then usually had one of two problems. It was either too realistic to the point of frustration, or it wasn't realistic at all and you could never wrap your head around what the devs thought physics were. This leans more to the former, but the way the controller functions also makes it feel like something is missing with the physics. I wonder what the racing wheel would have done for this game and I'm willing to give this a second chance one day. You can't argue with the big-time presentation, but you might argue with the soundtrack. For a simmy game, this doesn't seem to want you to feel like you're at the track.
