Cacao Ceremony: Recipe and how to make your own. This is a video on how to make the most delicious cacao! I trained with the Chocolate shaman in Guatemala, in 2012. Usually going to 2-3 cacao ceremonies a week to work on healing myself and overcoming Fibromyalgia, and moving to using it to manifest and create the life that I really want! I am now a Life coach, specialising in Transformational change. Specifically focusing on mindset, positive psychology and the mind body connection. Coaching clients to connect to their highest potential and fully step into showing up with certainty, conviction and confidence inside and out. I have created a unique process integrating coaching, cacao ceremonies and hypnotherapy. Known now as the 'Chocolate Coach' after discovering Cacao in Guatemala and leaving my career in medicine to inspire and motivate others to live a life without limits. I worked with Cacao there for a year, learning about this amazing pant medicine's power and potential as a facilitator to heal the mind and body naturally. Motivating me to leave my job of 20 years in surgery putting people to sleep for a living, to waking them up to the power and potential they hold! I am so passionate about inspiring as many people as I can, after overcoming a debilitating chronic pain condition myself, despite being told it couldn't be done. To learn how to connect to their highest potential, realise the power they hold and live the life of their dreams. Against all odds! My coaching is focused on guiding clients to reach high levels of self mastery and find deeper meaning and fulfilment in their life.
