Mute® Sports Equipment manufactures the Calf Rope. The 9′ Calf Rope Weighs 3/4 pound. (If you are looking for even heavier, check out our 1.5 pound Bull Rope) It is a challenging, heavy jump rope that is available in four lengths: X-Short 8′ with red handles, Short Green 8’6″ with green handles, Medium Blue/Green 9′ with blue handles and Long Red 9’6″ with gray handles. The handle is beefier weighing in at 4 ounces (vs. our standard jump rope handle is 3 ounces) and has a hefty attachment so our standard replacement cables will not work on the Calf Rope’s handle. The handle has the appearance of our standard custom one, but Mute has constructed it different to withstand the intense pull of the weight of the rotating rope. The intensity of this jump rope will increase your grip strength, stamina and capacity. This heavy jump rope will truly test the endurance of your grip and shoulder strength. It is a resin-infused poly rope. The purpose of this jump rope is to work different parts of your jump rope skill. Be sure to always jump on a smooth surface such as a gym floor.
