Mexico was left with many thousands of orphans after the Omnic Crisis, but the country was in such disarray that it had no means to care for them. One girl discovered and nurtured a talent that could help her survive and flourish - hacking. While the name of that girl has long since been purged from all records, her new name has caused panic and consternation across the globe: Sombra. As a member of Talon, Sombra has used her extensive skills to break into and manipulate the world as the terrorist group sees fit, though she is more than willing to set aside their goals if it will ultimately benefit her interests. Her sole aim is now to uncover and take control of a conspiracy that spans several decades, taking in entities such as Volskaya Industries, LumeriCo, Talon and even Overwatch itself. Above all she desires the power that lies at the heart of the web that destroyed her former life, and if that means killing a few people, blackmailing some CEOs, betraying some allies, then so be it.
