During this session, EConsult presented highlights of this analysis and trends and changes in the organic industry over time, including the strong history of organic agriculture in PA. Details about the economic output, job creation, and employee compensation generated by the industry were presented. Demand side and supply side barriers and future forces and opportunities were proposed.
