Why take a Regional Train with a 10 hours travel time when you could fly in a couple of hours?

I choose to travel home from Newcastle by train, as I wanted to experience what I believe is a more relaxed way to travel, train. It's a 10 hour journey, which I look forward to, I am reminded that travel plans can change and sometimes those trips take longer than expected. New South Wales’ Regional XPT (Express Passenger Service) travels from Broadmeadow to Roma Station in Brisbane Queensland. The travel itself was relaxing and pleasant with plenty of changing countryside passing by. An early morning maintenance vehicle collision on the tracks in the early hours of the morning, created delays which meant more time to look out the windows. I enjoy the learning and discovery of new places, while travelling in the mid 50s, staying fit, active and mobile. You may find some useful information and tips in my videos, I hope any information I offer, can help you add a few destinations to your own travel bucket list and I am thankful if you find entertainment and enjoyment in watching. I enjoy the creative outlet of filming and editing my videos, researching, planning, filming, editing and work towards a weekly upload schedule.
