This is Amy's -- or Rosy the Rascal's -- stage, the Flying Carpet, with the original music composed by Maki Morrow. The game you see is Sonic the Fighters, a fun, old arcade game. It's also in the game Sonic Gems Collection, and I believe an HD online remake was created, but I'm not sure how else it managed to make it into the present to be remembered. I just had to do this song.
